Please note the following about our application and hiring process:
- Check your spam or junk mail for responses from our recruiters (some email providers classify our messages as spam).
- Unfortunately, not all candidates will get a response on their application.
- We communicate with candidates via email to set up phone screenings, and interviews, and provide candidate updates.
- Our hiring process typically includes the following activities:
- Screening resumes.
- Selecting candidates to have a short (20-30 minutes) phone screen call with a recruiter.
- Ask the candidate to complete an assessment or provide samples of work.
- A Zoom interview with the hiring manager and People & Culture representative.
- A second interview with a panel of typically 3-5 folks.
- For some candidates, we may have a final interview or third conversation, which may include meeting additional DreamMakers and executives.
- An offer pending successful reference checks and background/credit checks.
